A 1.5-2-hour zoom consultation, where we will holistically assess sleep to identify the underlying cause of your child's sleep issue's, alongside a focus on education; expectations surrounding sleep, what is normal, how to respond to your child, sleep science etc.
I will assess you little one's feeding (milk & food) and sleep history through video, photos and questionnaire prior to our consultation.
You will receive a detailed customised written plan & support package (2-wks text, 3 x calls)
A 60-minute zoom call to discuss smaller sleep matters.
This option is also great for a sleep quality assessment, when you feel like something is up with sleep but haven't been able to identify what.
Following our conversation, you will be emailed the key recommendations.
Please note this service does not include any follow up support. Subsequent consults $195/hr

I will assess you little one's reflux symptoms, feeding (milk & food) and sleep history through video, photos + questionnaire prior.
You will receive a detailed customised written plan & support package (2-wks text, 3 x calls)
Follow-up calls
$70-$140
For previous clients who have had a full package (full zoom consult, nap, bedtime or half night), if the need arises for support down the track or at times of transition. 30-60-minutes.
For clients who have had a full package (full zoom consult, nap, bedtime or half night), who need support beyond the 2-week support period, an additional 2-weeks can be purchased, which includes a further 2-weeks of text support and 2 follow up calls.
Also available to returning clients who have previously has a full package, who required support to get sleep back on track.
***Please note that packages for twins incur an additional $195, as each twin needs to be assessed as an individual***
