Infant reflux
A root cause approach to infant reflux to identify and treat what is causing reflux, rather than symptom management
The sleep membership
For parents of 2–8+ year olds who've outgrown the baby sleep advice and are still struggling. Not another bedtime routine — a root-cause framework, live Q&As with me, and a community on the same journey.
Hi, I'm Tash
I'm an Occupational Therapist trained in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, paediatric feeding, infant reflux, and infant and early childhood sleep quality. I'm also a mother of three children, and the founder of Whole Child Co, where every child is considered holistically, every time.
My two youngest children are the heart behind this work. When I went searching for answers to their sleep and feeding challenges, I wasn't satisfied with the "they'll grow out of it" approach. That journey taught me to trust my instincts, advocate for my children, and navigate the healthcare system with confidence - and it became my professional mission to help other parents do the same.
I take a root-cause, family-led approach to infant and child sleep - one that honours each family's values, circumstances, and capacity, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. I look beyond routines, settling and environment to understand the whole child: their nervous system, oral function, gut health, sensory needs, and airway development. I believe sleep isn't a behaviour to be trained away, but a window into a child's overall health and development. Central to my approach is an understanding of biologically normal infant sleep and the powerful role co-regulation plays - recognising that a child's nervous system relies on the safety of a calm, connected caregiver to transition to and maintain sleep.
My dream is for sleep quality and airway health to become part of mainstream early childhood care - because when children sleep well, families thrive

As a registered Occupational Therapist, AHPRA's advertising standards mean I can't share before-and-after's or specific outcomes. So instead, here's what families, IÂ work with tell me again and again; not about what changed, but about how it felt to work with me.
They talk about finally having a framework for understanding their child. About sitting across from someone who could see their child clearly and reflect that back to them, often for the first time. About walking away with clarity instead of more questions, and the quiet relief of feeling truly understood.
